CHRIS KELLEY
Founder and President

Chris founded Mobius Marine in 2011.  His vision has been to establish a model for marine facilities that is unique and is built on his passion for sustainable outdoor recreation for future generations.  Mobius Marine, Inc., under Chris’ leadership, fosters partnerships with like-minded business professionals also looking to be a part of the movement that makes decisions based on an awareness and respect for both the maritime working waterfronts and the natural systems that abound here in Northeast Florida.  Chris is on the forefront of sustainable economies for the future of the marina industry, and will work tirelessly to achieve that goal.

TERI WEBLEY
Office Manager / Executive Administrator / Grant Writer

Teri grew up on the Southern California coast where she attended college, married and started her family. She moved to Flagler County, FL in 2001. Soon after she went to work for a local non-profit where she served a Board of Directors and over 2000 members for 10 years. Teri brings 14 years of administrative experience in office management to our team. Some of her areas of expertise include: human resources, grant writing, fundraising, event coordination, finance, membership retention, document retention, and maintaining local, state, and federal licenses.

As a Mobius Marine, Inc. team member, Teri will assist your facility with your office operations and management, HR and payroll needs, financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Teri is also an integral member of our grant writing team.


Eric Ziecheck

ERIC ZIECHECK
Director of Operations

Eric grew up along the ICW Intracoastal Waterways and has over 25 years under his belt as a
traveler of coastal United States, Central America and South America. He has 15 years of
experience within the education system organizing statewide natural resource conservation
projects, which provides pivotal leadership to Mobius Marine, Inc.

He has been Assistant Dockmaster for Mobius Marine, Inc. since 2013 and Dockmaster since 2017. During that time, Eric has developed model protocols for spills, hurricane & storm preparedness. He also assists our boaters with the implementation of Best Management Practices through Florida’s Clean Marina Program. He is an integral member of the grant writing team for Mobius Marine, Inc.

Eric received his Bachelor’s degree from University of Florida, College of Health & Human
Performance and his Master’s degree from University of Florida, College of Agricultural and
Life Sciences. His career experience expands from both public to private sectors within both
large and small industry settings to include government agencies.

He has grown with Mobius to include the following:

Brad Miller

BRAD MILLER
Mobius Marine Consultant

Brad is a Florida native, born and raised in Jacksonville. He obtained a degree in Recreation Management from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC, then later moved to the Puget Sound region of Washington State. There, he worked with Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) on Naval Subase Bangor. For the next twenty-five years, Mr. Miller worked with just a few other companies, all in the recreation industry. His employment accomplishments include:

• 8 years with Olympic Outdoor Center, Poulsbo, WA, serving as the Programs Director and Marketing Director.
• 7 years as owner/operator of Coastal Outdoor Center in St. Augustine, FL.
• 10 plus years with the Port of Poulsbo, Poulsbo, WA, serving in the maintenance department, then as Executive Director.
